Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Infectionstaying Walk-In Tubs wants infectionstaying.garden to work for everyone. That includes older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement sums up how we approach it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
The Target
We want as many people as possible to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our efforts include:
- Clear headings and a logical reading order
- Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Readable text size and strong color contrast
- Pages that work with a keyboard alone
- Layouts that read well on phones, tablets and desktops
- Plain, simple wording
- Clearly labeled form fields and short forms
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may still miss these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider. Or email contact@infectionstaying.garden and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver can contact us for you.
Tell Us What Is Hard
Tell us where the site gives you trouble. Email contact@infectionstaying.garden and share:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you expected
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can tell us
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never done. As we update the site, we will keep making it better.
Tell us what happened
Send a request for an estimate. A provider in our network will reach out. Compare your options and decide with no obligation.
