How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

People who contact Infectionstaying Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to do that and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Infectionstaying Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with acted

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, start with the provider. Keep a written record as you go.

Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know the limits, though. Infectionstaying Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

How to Reach Us

Email contact@infectionstaying.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what you want us to do

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Settled?

If our answer does not fix things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also try your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
